Children's
Festival
The PolMusicA Children’s Festival is a non-competitive program for young musicians aged 11 years and under.
It gives children an opportunity to perform in a professional concert venue, gain stage experience, build confidence and be inspired by other young performers.
A maximum of ten children will be invited to participate. If the number of applications exceeds the available places, participants will be selected on the basis of their submitted recordings, suitability of repertoire and readiness for public performance.
No places, rankings or competition prizes are awarded.

How to Apply
Read the Children’s Festival Rules.
Prepare two contrasting works by different composers.
Record the complete program and upload the videos to YouTube as Unlisted.
Pay the participation fee of AUD $50.
Submit the Children’s Festival Application Form, including repertoire details, recording links, photograph, consent and payment information.
Participants requiring accompaniment may provide their own accompanist or request the Festival’s official accompanist, subject to availability.
Repertoire
Festival participants, up to 11 years – must perform two selected pieces, contrasting, by various composers; performance time: between 3-8 minutes.
